    View Time Off Details

    While approving time, you have the ability to view an employees leave balances.

    To view these balances, follow these steps:

    1. Click Approvals > Time Approval from the left side of the screen...

      or click on the Time Entry Approvals Pending tile on the Home page.

    2. A list of employees awaiting your review will appear. Click on an employee.

      That employee's unapproved time will appear showing Regular, Overtime, Leave, Total Hours, Miscellaneous, Notes, and Step.

    3. To view leave time balances for the selected employee, click the Time Off Details button in the upper right.

    4. A slide out will appear providing you the leave balances for that employee.
