Announcements

The administrators of the site for your organization have the ability to post announcements that you as a user do not have the ability to archive. An Announcement will always appear until the administrator of the site removes the announcement or the announcement expires.

Announcements will appear on the Home screen.

Those Announcements with the following are Informational type of announcements - . Those Permanent Announcements with the following are Important type of announcements - .

The admninistrators of the site have the ability to attach documents to their announcements. When an announcement has a hyperlink below the announcement, you have the ability to click on it to view the attachment.

At times, the administrator of the site may ask for am acknowledgement that you Viewed the announcment or the attachment. To do so, simply click the Viewed button and then Yes to acknowledge the Announcement.
